Provider listing criteria
For transparency, here is how the providers shown in our introduction flow are selected, ordered and remunerated.
Who appears
Only partner providers appear that have signed an agreement with the platform, are active in the relevant canton and have been verified against the commercial register (UID number).
Why they appear
The list shown for a request depends solely on the canton of the property and on provider availability. No provider can buy a position or a highlight.
Remuneration
Partner providers remunerate the platform at a fixed price per forwarded request, with the explicit consent of the person concerned. The platform receives no commission on any eventual transaction.
Display order
Providers are listed in alphabetical order of their legal name, with no paid ranking.
Your rights
The introduction is always optional and consent can be withdrawn at any time, with immediate effect, via the link in the confirmation email.
