CasaDeal is a platform for connecting parties and distributing property listings covering Switzerland and neighbouring France. It allows visitors to view listings and to contact professional advertisers.

CasaDeal is neither a broker, nor a real estate agent, nor a financial or insurance adviser. The platform is limited to distributing listings and facilitating contact. No real estate transaction is concluded through CasaDeal.

Listings are published by professional advertisers who remain solely responsible for their content. The accuracy, timeliness, availability and legal compliance of the advertised properties are the responsibility of the advertisers. CasaDeal does not guarantee the accuracy of information published by third parties.

The calculators and estimates offered on the website, for example financing simulations, are provided for information purposes only. They constitute neither advice, nor an offer, nor a commitment, and do not replace the opinion of a qualified professional.

You undertake to use the platform in good faith, to provide accurate information and not to misuse the service for unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes, in particular the sending of unsolicited messages, automated data collection or any attack on the security of the website.

Certain features require the creation of an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activities carried out from your account.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
